I received my mug on the same day I placed the order! We were cutting it really close with time, but they were so accommodating and managed to make it happen for us. My daughters are extremely happy with how it turned out, and the colours are absolutely stunning! 💕
Thank you for the excellent service. Highly recommended!

The extra R99 for delivery was worth it. Cup was delivered earlier than I expected. And it was perfect

Absolutely incredible service and an EXTREMELY fast turnaround time! I placed my order at around 12pm, and by 11am the very next day, my order was already ready for collection!

Melissa provided such exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was punctual, professional, respectful, incredibly kind, and so lovely to deal with. You can really tell that she takes pride in what she does and genuinely cares about her customers.

I am beyond impressed with the service I received and will definitely be back! Highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking for excellent service, quality, and a seamless experience.

The best place!
The cup quality is amazing and the cup is big. I needed this cup urgently and I got it in 2 days, also it was safely wrapped. The owner, Melissa was super kind and assisted and communicated well with me.
Will be buying many more times in the future!

I placed an order late on Saturday afternoon, Melissa phoned me back right away, she was friendly, informative, told me exactly what to do. I ordered custom mugs. Mugs were ready within a few hours. Spectacular service... I will never use anyone else... Thank you 🙏
